Team MAF Elite is an official AAU team developing kids aged 13-16 years old out of the Wake County, North Carolina area. With two winning seasons under our name, our program has gained significant interest.
Now, in our third year as an official AAU program, we are proud to announce the expansion of our teams to include players from the classes of 2027 and 2028.

We are striving to take over wherever we play, aiming to get our players’ names recognized and assist in their education and future careers, whether in professional sports, sports management/law, coaching, acting/commercials, and beyond. At MAF Elite, we are deeply invested in every child’s journey, fostering growth both on and off the court.
The MAF Elite program was founded with the intention of providing overlooked and underrated kids with the opportunity to excel and prove themselves at the highest level of competition.
Our program slogan, "Stay MAF," embodies our core values of staying Motivated, Ambitious, and Focused. We instill a sense of resilience in our players, guiding them through obstacles and challenges they may face, both on and off the court.
In our inaugural season (2021-2022), we participated in tournaments across Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, Kernersville, and Concord/Charlotte. We played a total of 25 games, achieving a record of 16 wins and 9 losses, including an impressive 11-game win streak and securing 5 tournament championships.
In the subsequent season (2022-2023), our program continued to thrive, playing 38 games and achieving a record of 25 wins and 13 losses. We enjoyed an 8-game win streak and clinched 5 tournament championships. Additionally, we boasted an 8-4 record against “NC AAU top-ranked” opponents, further solidifying our standing in the AAU world.
While success on the court is important to us, MAF Elite places equal emphasis on education. We believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals, and thus prioritize academic excellence. In the past year, more than half of our players (8 out of 11) earned academic honors, including A and AB honor rolls, Valedictorian, and Salutatorian titles, a testament to the dedication of both our players and their supportive parents.
